Suwanee Movers offers a range of moving services, including but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability, location, and mutual agreement.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Clients are encouraged to schedule services in advance. Short-notice or same-day requests are subject to availability and may include additional fees.
You must provide accurate information regarding the moving address, inventory, special handling needs, and service dates. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delays or additional charges.
4. Pricing and Payments
All estimates are based on the information provided and may be adjusted based on actual services rendered. Final pricing will be confirmed before the move begins.
We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, checks, and cash. Full payment is typically due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
To cancel or reschedule a move, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service and reason for cancellation.
6. Liability and Damages
While we take every precaution to protect your items, accidents may occur. Suwanee Movers is only liable for damage caused by our negligence and within the scope of limited liability unless additional insurance coverage is purchased.
We are not responsible for:
Items packed by the customer
Pre-existing damage to furniture or property
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
Claims for damage must be made in writing within 7 days of your move.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing clear access to loading/unloading areas
Informing us of special items (pianos, safes, fragile valuables, etc.)
Securing pets and children during the move
Ensuring that all belongings are ready to be moved at the scheduled time
8. Prohibited Items
For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport:

9. Website Usage
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Suwanee Movers and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
Using our website to send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with operations is strictly prohibited.
